Industrial Paint Booth Bay City MI
When working with paint or painting equipment, it is important to have adequate ventilation and to avoid flames or other sources of ignition. Because most paints, varnishes, and thinners are flammable, spray paint jobs should be conducted in a well-ventilated enclosure such as a spray paint booth. Spray paint booths minimize toxic vapors and flammable fumes while providing adequate ventilation. Always wear personal protective equipment when working with paint. In addition, clean the booths and ventilation ducts frequently to avoid heavy accumulations of paint, dust, and pigment.
When items need to be moved at different speeds along the same track, a power and free conveyor is used. Inspection of items are also made easier with these type of conveyor systems, since items can be gathered along one section of the track while other items are still moved along the rest of the track. Use of these overhead conveyor types are usually in assembly lines, work in progress, and paint lines requiring spray booths.
If you are really serious about the way that you want it to look the you might want to take the primer one step farther and use an etching primer before you spray the urethane or epoxy primer, an etching primer will give the top coat just a little more to stick to. Etching primer has no building qualities there for it's not used for smoothing out waves in your work, but it will make the primer stick allot better.
